With a spacious outdoor stage, cold craft beer on tap, and a laid-back creekside setting, it's the perfect spot for a day of dancing, good vibes, and unforgettable music.
Family-friendly and dog-friendly, the Taproom serves up local brews, great food, and plenty of shade under the cottonwoods. Whether you're floating in the creek, kicking back with friends, or grooving by the stage, Green River Taproom delivers the full festival experience with small-town charm.

Reggae on the Creek is a homegrown music festival held along the banks of Putah Creek in Winters, California. What started in 2022 as a small celebration of roots and California reggae has grown into one of Northern California’s favorite one-day music events—blending top-tier live acts, local talent, and DJs in a relaxed, creekside setting.
Hosted at the beautiful Green River Brewing & Taproom, ROTC has welcomed artists like Marlon Asher, Long Beach Dub Allstars, Mystic Roots, Arden Park Roots, Vana Liya, Garden Groove Skunk Funk, Pipe Down, Aaron Wolf, Alific, and 880 South and Miki Rae & The Hooligans —alongside a rotating lineup of emerging voices and high-vibe selectors.
With cold craft beer, delicious food, and family-friendly energy, ROTC brings people together for a full day of music, sunshine, and irie vibes in the heart of Yolo County. Year after year, the Creek keeps calling.
